Last night my Aunt brought a large coq to the table. Le Grand Coq to be precise. A delicious white wine from here in Victoria which we enjoyed with our tastyyyyy dinner: salmon with veggies. 
Refreshing on the palette with a dry aftertaste, didn't make me gag or want to spit it out ;-)... I can just imagine that posh wine taster Jilly whatshername critiquing a bit of coq. It's produced from well-hung grapes too apparently.
